These Terms of Purchase govern purchases made through the Dorvenlo® online store, including orders for fireplace accessories, wood stove accessories, firewood storage products, cleaning tools, and related merchandise.

Dorvenlo® is operated by Chaozhou Yiyinlang Culture & Media Co., Ltd. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms of Purchase, together with our applicable Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and other policies referenced during checkout.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or waives any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

Where a promotion applies, eligibility will be determined according to the stated promotional conditions.

If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, we will review the affected order and contact you as appropriate before taking any action that requires your agreement under applicable law.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped from China.

Dorvenlo® ships to all 50 U.S. states and internationally to countries and regions worldwide, subject to the shipping options available for the destination.

Our standard shipping terms are:

• Order processing: 1–3 business days.

• Estimated U.S. transit time: 7–15 business days after dispatch.

• Estimated international transit time: 10–20 business days after dispatch.

• Standard shipping fee: US$2.99 per order when the discounted merchandise subtotal is US$29.97 or less.

• Free standard shipping: Available when the discounted merchandise subtotal is strictly greater than US$29.97.

The merchandise subtotal is calculated after applicable product discounts and before shipping charges and taxes. An order with a discounted merchandise subtotal of exactly US$29.97 does not qualify for free shipping.

Processing time is separate from transit time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates and may be affected by carrier operations, customs procedures, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. International Duties, Import Taxes, and VAT

For international orders, Dorvenlo® covers applicable import duties, import taxes, and value-added tax (VAT) associated with the shipment.

Customers should not be required to pay these covered import charges separately upon delivery.

If a carrier or customs authority requests payment of an import charge, please contact service@dorvenlo.com before paying so that we can review the circumstances and determine the appropriate next steps.

This commitment applies to the covered import charges described above and does not override any other tax obligations that may independently apply to a transaction under applicable law.

9. Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation within 48 hours of placing your order.

To request a cancellation, contact service@dorvenlo.com as soon as possible and include your order number.

Cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched. If the order can no longer be cancelled, you may contact us to determine whether it qualifies for a return under our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

If an order is successfully cancelled and payment has already been collected, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with the circumstances of the cancellation and applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory cancellation or refund rights provided by law.

10. Shipping Address Changes

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

As a general rule, shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has been placed.

If you discover an address error, contact service@dorvenlo.com immediately. We can review your request, but an address change cannot be guaranteed.

Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

11. Returns and Refunds

Eligible purchases may be returned within 30 days of receipt, subject to the requirements of our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

For change-of-mind returns, products must be unused, clean, and complete. Customers must contact customer support and obtain approval before shipping a return.

Approved returns must generally be shipped within 3 days after approval, unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for these returns, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact service@dorvenlo.com within 7 days of receipt. For confirmed issues of this type, Dorvenlo® will cover the applicable resolution costs and may provide a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

For approved refunds, we will inspect the returned item and initiate the refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receiving the returned item. Your payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
